Ȥ¹º²Ê is seeking a Lab Analyst to support laboratory operations and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will focus on performing analyses, data management, and maintaining safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct laboratory analyses as required.
- Enter and manage data using company systems.
- Verify the accuracy of colleagues' work.
- Ensure compliance with GxP and Health and Safety regulations.
- Perform equipment checks and calibrations.
- Update laboratory documentation.
- Participate in audits, safety inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Train and coach new and existing staff.
- Troubleshoot and resolve laboratory issues.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and laboratory equipment.
- Strong communication skills for reports, meetings, and discussions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Experience with data entry and management systems such as LIMS, SAP, and Excel.
- Understanding of safety protocols and handling hazardous materials.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and compliance activities.
