Ȥ¹º²Ê is seeking a Commercial Lead to drive the commercial strategy for a leading vaccines company in France. Your focus will be on enhancing sales performance and leading teams to exceed targets. This role involves defining and executing sales strategies, building partnerships with key customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy in France.
- Build long-term partnerships with procurement groups, wholesalers, and hospitals.
- Oversee sales team execution and ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with marketing, medical, and operations teams to develop sales forecasts and strategies.
- Customize strategies for different customer segments to maximize growth.
- Recommend and implement tendering strategies for procurement groups and wholesalers.
- Develop budgets and resource plans to meet strategic goals.
- Enhance customer experience and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor and influence third-party sales team performance.
- Establish sales plans and objectives with regional management.
- Ensure seamless communication with sales operations and marketing.
- Develop processes to improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including team management.
- Skilled in negotiations with pharmacy groups and wholesalers.
- Proficient in developing annual sales plans.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and regulations.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
