Ȥ¹º²Ê is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Specialist to join the Vascular Division in Sweden. In this role, you will manage assigned accounts, focusing on increasing sales and profitability through strategic local sales and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the vascular team to ensure success in both clinical and non-clinical environments.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.
Responsibilities:
- Represent the Vascular Division in assigned accounts, driving business growth and profitability.
- Provide comprehensive service to departments, promoting the vascular portfolio to clinical and non-clinical customers.
- Maintain frequent contact with accounts, support product roll-outs, and introduce new technologies.
- Manage assets and be present in the Operating Room as needed.
- Organize workshops and uncover new opportunities within accounts.
- Maximize contract revenues and establish relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ensure service delivery aligns with contract agreements.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Support Specialist Aortic & Commercial Business Manager on tenders and targets.
- Demonstrate expertise in the vascular product range and related medical disciplines.
- Monitor market share and competitor activity in your territory.
- Participate in exhibitions and meetings locally and internationally.
- Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to frequently meet with customers and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong business acumen and previous medical sales experience preferred.
- Advantageous product or procedural knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Swedish, English, and other relevant languages.
- Strong numeric and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft® Office.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and high self-motivation.
- Current driving license required.
